We strive to display our gift products as accurately as possible. However, colors and textures may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue products at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

3. Orders and Bulk Enquiries

Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. For Bulk Orders, custom quotes provided via WhatsApp or Email are valid for 7 days. Bulk orders may require a partial or full advance payment to initiate processing.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Force Majeure: KaanukaKart shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of any part of this agreement to the extent that such delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government lockdowns, or strikes.

5. Returns and Refunds

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items reported within 48 hours of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging. Personalized or custom-made gifts are non-returnable unless defective.
