1. Shipping Overview
At KaanukaKart, we understand that your gifts need to arrive on time for your special celebrations. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers (Delhivery, BlueDart, XpressBees) to ensure your orders reach you safely and swiftly.

3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: A flat fee is applied to orders, calculated at checkout and shared during the enquiry process.
- Bulk Orders: Shipping costs for heavy bulk orders are calculated based on weight and volume and will be shared during the enquiry process.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via Email and WhatsApp. You can monitor your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your package. If the recipient is unavailable after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
6. Damage in Transit
We use premium packaging to protect your gifts. However, if you receive a damaged package, please take a clear video while unboxing and contact us within 24 hours at info@kaanukakart.com.
